What are the mirrors made from?

All of our mirrors are made from shatterproof acrylic safety mirror, not glass mirror. This results in them being very light weight and easy to hang, as well as being great as safety mirrors. This is because they will not shatter as a normal mirror would, should an accident occur. This is especially comforting should the mirror be in the room of a young child. Please note though, the mirrors - whilst being stronger than glass, are not indestructible. If they are handled roughly, or dropped for example, there is a strong chance that they will become damaged so please be careful with them

How much is delivery?

Delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland costs £0.00, nothing, FREE!!

Worldwide shipping rates are automatically added to your total when orders are made for delivery outside the UK. To ensure these rates are kept to a minimum, we work on weight-based shipping, meaning that any bulk order is combined and subsequent discounts are given. The shipping method we use is a 4-5 day service, and free tracking is available for any order over £35.00

How do you send your mirrors out?

To ensure that damage is not caused to the mirrors during transit, they are sent out to you in a protective film. The color of the film will differ but it will give a mirror an appearance of tint until the film is removed. Once removed, the reflective surface of the safety mirror will meet or exceed the clarity of a normal glass mirror. To add an extra level of protection, your mirrors will be sent out using Royal Mails First Class service. The packaging is in the form of a custom manufactured double ply box, and the mirror within will be further protected by a cover of bubble wrap. All in all, this makes a safe delivery process that should not see any problems. And, all this is offered as a free service to you

Our aim is to have your mirror with you within 7 days of receiving payment (Excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays). As an accredited partner of RBS Worldpay, we accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo) as well as accepting payments via Paypal

How do I look after my mirror?

Should your mirror need cleaning at any point, it is recommended that a soft cloth is used, ideally a micro fibre cloth. Any cleaning chemicals are not recommended as they are not needed, and some may react with the plastic causing smears that will be difficult to remove. Simple warm water is enough should the mirror become dirty

Are the mirrors ready to hang?

To let you get your new mirror in place, we send out adhesive pads with every order. These simply have to be stuck onto the back of your mirror, and then pressed onto a wall. The pads are not classed as a permanent fixture as these type of pads will damage walls. However, they are made with industrial adhesive that will secure your mirror with ease.

It is recommended though, that they are not used in a room which constantly changes temperature and humidity, such as when being used as bathroom mirrors. In this case, a permanent fixture residue is highly recommended, such as no more nails. When using our pads, please ensure that the surface being used is clean of dirt and completely dry, and if freshly painted, do not use the wall for at least 7 days. Ensure that all pads are used and they are placed all around the mirror in an even manner

What happens if my mirror arrives and it is damaged?

Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a damaged mirror, then please do not worry. Our policy fully covers the damge and a replacment will be sent out immediately, at no cost to you. If this is the case, simply send us a message to let us know the situation as you will require a returns number.

Do you have a returns policy?

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you may return it within 10 days in its original packaging and protective film. A used mirror will not be refunded. Please do not remove the film if you are not intending to keep the mirror. If the mirror is simply no longer wanted, the customer will be responsible for return postage charges
